We offer a complete and demanding service and repair service, we can keep the level of knowledge of our technicians up to date through further training in training courses at our contractual partners.

Hardware: In addition to our large range of printers and consumables, we also offer you numerous services related to your hardware. Our responsibility does not end after the procurement of new equipment. After delivery and installation, our qualified employees are online during the week for your questions and problems. We are sure to find a solution for you, even if you have special requests.

Demo room (showroom): We warmly welcome you to our demo room (showroom) in Wiesbaden. Be curious and drop by us. Test the materials to be printed with the latest and most innovative equipment, our experienced staff is at your side. Curious? Then make an appointment on site (contact form).

Delivery: Our service also includes a fast delivery service for hardware, spare parts and ink. Our ISO 9001 certified logistics center in Saarbrücken with over 400 square meters of storage space and our second branch in Wiesbaden with over 300 square meters of service and sales rooms meet the latest and adapted requirements. The delivery can be made by our own touring car or by service providers such as UPS, GLS and DPD or by a forwarding agency. Basically we can say that incoming orders are processed and dispatched on the same day (ready-made stock items). Express deliveries and on-site pickups are possible.

Our responsibility does not end with the delivery and installation of a device! Because our technicians are happy to offer you professional installation, advice on technical problems, planned investments and the best possible use of materials if required.
